So Candido Trabalon has been released without bail, does this mean that there are not, or will not, be any charges brought against him. Where does this leave residents I wonder or is it too early to tell.

Hi All, greetings from a new boy. I have owned a villa on the cuesta de los pinas development for the last 5 years and am planning a permanent move this year. We have grown increasingly concerned about the news that has been breaking with the Priors villa in Vera being demolished and now all of these arrests! I believe that our place is legally built but who can tell in these troubled times? I have an escritura for the villa and the land but does this actually mean anything any more? If the mayor and the developers are found guilty of corruption then surely it follows that the licences that have been granted in the past will also be deamed incorrect or am I way off line? Anyway, any news of what is now happening or current feelings from other correspondants would be very welcome. Regards Andy
