I have been informed that even though Llanos has several old building, including the Chapel etc, and that we must be seen as a 'village' by the Town Hall as they erect Christmas lights each year along the top road - we are only in the white 'Sectorial' area with buildings on the current plan that the Town Hall have been advised to submit as a starting point. Therefore it seems that we fall into the 'approvals' that they state will be done over the next few years, should the Junta agree to that.

It gets stranger and stranger - nothing new there then. Wouldn't we all like to know WHY Llanos is only in the WHITE area with evidence such as above. Are most residents thinking `it will be ok' and hope that we will be included in a later plan. Someone refresh my memory please, are all other municipalities only including a `small area' for their first basic plan or are they submitting their whole plan on mass
